Thomas Arms Henderson is the President of New York Environmental Technologies, Inc. His primary responsibility lies in the supervision of all operations, personnel, and daily maintenance of the Company.  Mr. Henderson specializes in field work of different phases of hazardous waste remediation, including equipment operation and decontamination, sampling, chemical classification, groundwater recovery treatment, excavation/earthwork, water treatment, waste transportation and disposal, tank removals/cleanings, and spill containment and clean-up.  As President, Mr. Henderson directs the Company operations staff and equipment resources.  He coordinates both emergency operations as well as scheduled assignments to ensure the branch responds promptly to emergencies while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality on on-going projects.

Prior to the purchase of the Rochester operation of New York Environmental Technologies, Inc. from Environmental Products & Services, Inc., Mr. Henderson worked at Applied BioSystems Corp., in Rochester, New York, as Vice President of Operations.  In this capacity, he was responsible for the product development and field operations; design and development of state-of-the art parts cleaning degreasing system; and the development of a patentable concept for removing hydrocarbons from an airstream using emulsifiers and bio-remediation techniques.

As Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and President of Matrix Environmental Tech-nologies, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in environmental subsurface investigation and remediation, Mr. Henderson was responsible for client and regulatory relations at both the operational and senior management levels, a variety of subsurface investigative and remediation projects, proposal development, work plans and reports.
