Steven Rinker is the Manager of Environmental Operations for New York Environmental Technologies, Inc.  He has over 20 years of environmental experience within the fields of petroleum marketing and distribution, petroleum equipment installations and closures, chemical bulk storage regulatory compliance, and emergency spill response.

As Manager of Environmental Operations, Mr. Rinker handles the scheduling of company operations staff and equipment resources, job estimating, project management and assists with sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to the above position, Mr. Rinker oversaw numerous petroleum bulk storage (PBS) installation projects, site closures, and environmental compliance and consulting projects.  Mr. Rinker also worked for Op-Tech Environmental as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Rinker’s 20 years experience within the industry has allowed him to effectively develop and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of company clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
