Ms. Covington is a Business Solutions Finance Operations Consultant who plays an integral part in establishing financial and operational controls in all areas within New York Environmental Technologies, Inc.. 

As Director of Administration she is responsible for the overall financial and administrative management of the company, with special focus on Strategic Business Planning and Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Previous to and in conjunction with her responsibilities, she has had engagements as:

• Project Manager  - Defense Electronics Company responsible for the successful completion  of several key  software implementations.
• Marketing  Manager  – Insurance Agency    ($1.5 million, 13 employees)
• Business Coach – Real Estate Development Company ($1.0 million, 8 employees)

Prior to establishing herself as an independent consultant, Ms. Covington was the Director of Operations for a Marketing Promotions/ Management Consulting company were she was responsible for the management of  Finance, Accounting, Information Technologies and Administrative Services. In her role as CFO of this $6 million dollar company, she managed a budget of $1.7 million.  In addition, she had direct responsibility for audit management, tax planning, investment strategy, banking relations and management of strategic partnerships.
